New client: University of Suffolk

Only have been commissioned to create a brand identity for the University of Suffolk. Formerly University Campus Suffolk, the institution recently received approval to proceed to independent university status. By meeting the criteria for University Title, the organisation can now award its own degrees, seek its own funding and make more of its own decisions about which courses and research it can provide.
In the coming weeks and months Only will be working to create a new brand identity to mark the University's changing status. The brand will seek to position the University of Suffolk as a transformational university, absorbing the best of UK university traditions and aligning them with a twenty first century audience. The new brand will also help to articulate the University's core proposition as a university custom built for a changing world.
The commission covers every aspect of the University's new brand identity including tone of voice and photography guidance. A new set of brand guidelines will also be created and made publicly available online. More to follow in the coming weeks.
